Really surprised by the quality, they are not exactly the same as the original but they are equal in quality. And what differs is under the thumbstick so not really noticeable one time mounted. I consider it a perfect replacement part. The original on the left side, you can see the 1 stamp on the center.

Great, everything fits and works. T'm using a standard X Box One S controller so the analog bases are a tight fit compared to the originals sticks. Quality is pretty good. If I had to be super picky, there are a few minor blemishes on the base from manufacturing process but are barely noticeable. Also, the green plastic d-pad cross has a hard to see wear/scratches from steel parts touching the plastic d-pad cross during shipping. You can view pictures for closer examination. The main thing that I was happy about is that the magnets on the d-pad cross are properly installed. So the d-pad is still clicky from all directions when in use like the original plastic one. I actually ordered similar d-pad parts from a different seller and the magnets were not set properly (they had super glued the magnets unevenly) so that d-pad didn't work properly. These analog sticks work well, though I wonder how fast the rubber grips will wear out as they feel similar to the original analog sticks.
