his watch is amazing. My coworkers who have $300. $400 Apple watches are jealous. It has a vibrant speaker to play music or let the phone ring through to the watch. Dial out and make calls from the watch. Numerous watch faces to choose from plus a custom watch face option. I bought this to track and randomly check my heart beat. blood pressure & oxygen level. This watch does all of this and more. I compared the heart beat reading with a heart monitor to verify the watches accuracy. and it is accurate. Not convinced the Sleep monitor is accurate. as I have no way to verify. but some info is good.

"So. I wanted to buy a sports watch for my daughter but one that will look feminine and will have the features she needs for training. There is always the big brand name watches that come with a hefty price. I looked into a couple of less expensive ones and I found this one. it has everything she needs. between tracking her sleep. the distance she is walking and as a bigger running too. It has a lot of cool features as it connects to the phone through a very self explanatory app. it has a very responsive touch screen and it is easy to use. I had 2 chances (that I missed) to take a picture of my daughter dancing with joy because of this watch. the first when she saw it and the second when she was messing around and seeing the features and watch faces. I love the style and look of this smart watch. It᯳ workmanship is impressive. Very lightweight on wrist. Watch face is not too big or bulky. band is really soft and flexible. Set up was a little confusing in the beginning. Able to sync to app with no problem. Navigating through apps on the watch is straightforward. I was able to compare the HR and SpO2 numbers using an Oximeter. The numbers were exactly the same. I like how the app is able to track and keep track of my health markers. ie blood pressure. heart rate etc.Lastly. there is a number of watch faces to change out into. Will be tracking numbers my sleep and exercise on this as well.
